Game 3 in Ottawa... after a scoreless first period, Ottawa scored 1:38 into the second to open the scoring... Matthew Knies scored to tie the game going into the third. Auston Matthews then scored 38 seconds into the 3rd period to put the Leafs up 2-1, until Brady Tkachuk scored to force overtime... where it was Simon Benoit coming up huge again as the OT hero, scoring just 1:19 into overtime to give the Leafs a 3-2 win and a commanding 3-0 series lead.
