The 2021-22 Season is about to start next week and expectations are even higher since last season's epic collapse. After 3 years of posting a John Tavares card on each game day, I can finally see the end in sight. Willy C. Collection has approx. 100 cards left to display and after this season, I am going to reduce posts to just once per week during next season.
The main reason, the end is coming on the collection?... in my opinion, the saturation of new cards being produced today is not worth the chase. I will continue to add to the early years of the Tavares Cards as I have almost completed most of my goals on those cards. In particular, some amazing progress on the 2006 ITG Heroes and Prospects Record Breaking Season 10 card set... the 2008-09 ITG 9th Edition Ultimate Draft Pick 9 card set... and this 2006 ITG Phenoms set featuring John Tavares, Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin.
